For exchanges that bring a touch of personalization to your leggings collection, simply send an email to inquiry@shopplax.store within 12 hours of placing your order. Quote your order number, followed by the magic word “exchange” in the subject line. Once your order sets out on its journey to you, we’ll be ready to assist upon its stylish arrival at your doorstep.

In the event of a change of heart, cancellations are a breeze. Swiftly email inquiry@shopplax.store with your order number and the keyword “cancel” in the subject line. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request promptly.

Encountered the disappointment of finding your desired item out of stock? Fear not! While we diligently strive to keep our stock levels updated, sometimes fashion moves faster than we anticipate.

We accept the following payments: PayPal, Credit or Debit Card.

Select the Pieces/ colour/ size from the drop down menu. Select Add to Cart, you can add as many items as you like to the shopping bag before proceeding to check-out. To proceed to payment, please go to the shopping bag and then select checkout. Please make sure you selected “City” correctly. Fill the form, then place your order. You will receive a confirmation email if your order has gone through successfully.

Fill out the returns form that came with your order, and mark clearly if you would like a Refund.

When we receive your Form/package, and we refund will be issued.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email will be sent out to the customer with the tracking information. Please be aware that the email will be sent within 12 hours after the order is shipped.

In case you haven’t received your tracking information please contact us inquiry@shopplax.store quoting your order number followed by the tracking number in the subject line.

UAE Customers: 6 to 10 working days

International Customers:

Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands and Belgium : 2 to 4 working days

Spain, Italy, Portugal : 4 to 6 working days

Rest of Europe : up to 10 working days

USA : 6 to 12 working days

Rest of the World : up to 15 working days

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return of the existing order.

Almost all leggings are eligible for returns and refunds within 30 days from the purchase date.

The few exceptions are for:

– Clothing items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have had tags, packaging, or hygiene stickers removed, or are part of an incomplete set.

Ensuring a smooth delivery experience is key! Having someone available at home during your parcel’s expected delivery time is crucial, as a signature might be required. But don’t worry, if you can’t be there right away. Our dedicated carrier often makes multiple delivery attempts.

In the event you miss a delivery, don’t worry – our carrier has backup plans. You might find a handy card left behind, detailing options like leaving the parcel with a neighbor, securing it in a safe spot, scheduling a re-delivery, or providing instructions on convenient collection methods.

We believe in making the delivery process as hassle-free as possible, ensuring that you receive your parcel with ease and convenience. Your satisfaction is our priority!

In the world of high-demand items, our popular products swiftly sell out. Despite our best efforts to keep stock levels updated, the website may not reflect real-time changes during your order placement. If an out-of-stock item hinders fulfillment, rest assured, we promptly notify you via email or phone.

We provide details on the item’s return to stock and offer appealing alternatives. Should we be unable to reach you within 3 days, we regretfully cancel the order, ensuring transparency and upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.
